The Program

Elite Exterior Cleaning offers two separate text message (SMS) programs. Each one requires its own opt-in using a separate, unchecked box on our booking form:

• Appointment & service updates: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival or “on-the-way” updates, rescheduling and schedule-change notices, and replies to your service questions.
• Promotional texts (optional): seasonal service reminders and offers, including gutter cleaning and other exterior cleaning services. You only receive these if you separately check the promotional-text box.

Consent to either program is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Enrollment is only for the mobile number you provide and consent to.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment and service messages depend on your appointments and interactions with us (for example, when you book, before an appointment, and when our team is on the way). If you opt in to promotional texts, frequency varies by season.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may continue to receive service from us by phone or email.

Carrier Delivery & Limitations

Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, and supported carriers may change over time.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we collect and use your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
